      Pros

      Great technology. Great co workers. A great group of VP/GMs across the board. Pay and compensation was great. Benefits were also great. Two thumbs up.

      Cons

      Struggling with the declining defense market. Seems like management is too focused on the next quarters earnings instead of really focusing on the future direction of the company.

      From 2002 - 2012, DRS was an excellent place to work.

      Pros

      Interesting product, solid backlog, trusted local management, good benefits, excellent working conditions.

      Cons

      Long hours, stressful, nepotism is strong, a lot of politics especially at the senior manager level.

      Pros

      Good people to work with. Opportunities to excel and move into other areas. Well compensated. Challenging but reasonable workload. Very intriguing technologies. Value of the work to our soldiers in the field.

      Cons

      Not much training or orientation at mid level and above. Many aspects are self-taught.
