      Pros

      DRS has had great customers, a highly talented workforce and has produced a fantastic and wide variety of high technology solutions and services. Excellent locations around the country.

      Cons

      Within the last 3 years DRS has managed to systematically disregard and alienate their customer base, confound most of their vendors and decompose any semblance of functionality in the operations groups. People are running for the exits. The best have mostly left already. Zero business development sense. All systems stop.

      great technology, challenging and interesting projects

      management that doesn't have a clue, too many reorgs, recent wave of layoffs due to defense cut backs, incompetent employees due to bad hiring decisions, no bonus, no overtime pay
