Pros

Learned not to trust anyone unless they show that they are trustworthy first. Also, I learned to follow my instincts.

Cons

The management was the worst I have seen in over 20 years. My experience there showed me the dirty side of corporate politics and I was ashamed to be associated with the company. The unethical behavior by Sr management was disgusting.

Good salary for the area. Good benefits package. Reasonable cost of benefits.

Cons

Management is AWFUL!!!!! A major reorganization happened about one year after I started there. They fired all of the functional engineering managers and put manufacturing people in charge of R&D engineering!!!!!!!!! The manufacturing people run the whole place like some kind of sweat shop and do not treat employees with the respect that they deserve. Not to mention, they know nothing about engineering.
