      Middle management leads by intimidation, not knowledge

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, Christmas shutdown, 401k match, knowing that we are putting top notch tools in the hands of our soldiers to keep them and our country safe.

      Cons

      Management takes credit for the work that their people do instead of giving the employee the deserved recognition. Mangement is allowed to mistreat their subordinates.

      Awful, as remaining executive staff has no ability to lead.

      Pros

      None other than high pay and reasonable benefits.

      Cons

      Executive management only concerned about their bonuses. President has no appreciation for quality products or services; only interested in short term sales. Company has greatly benefited from supplementals but that is now coming to an end and Mitch and sales staff are clueless. Company has not won one good proposal in last few months and won't in future given present state of affairs.
