Bad Program Management A lot of expected overtime

There is a lack of communication on all levels. Senior management makes what seems to be sudden decisions/changes without getting input from employees or middle management. Support functions are not very supportive. There is a lack of real leadership from some middle managers and no consistency between the different divisions. So depending on which group you work for you could have a great experience or an awful one.
