      Make great products People generally very friendly Flexible work hours

      Cons

      Supervisor used to speak poorly of management (created strange work environment) Expectations on projects not always clear Recently restructured division not completely worked out yet At my location, all offices had been switched to cubicle layout- many employees complained

      Pros

      9/80 schedule, Christmas shutdown, 401k match, knowing that we are putting top notch tools in the hands of our soldiers to keep them and our country safe.

      Cons

      Management takes credit for the work that their people do instead of giving the employee the deserved recognition. Mangement is allowed to mistreat their subordinates.

      Pros

      Pay is good and Benefits are good as well .Time off seeems to be more of a focus and acceptance in this company verses others where you would have very little of either.

      Cons

      Upper Management seems to be living in Lala land when it comes to the reality of the average employee.
