Pros
The schedule if you get to take advantage of it. -9/80 (all program admin is on the same schedule. Engineers mostly work 4/10s) -core hours are 9am-3pm, meaning if you need to be flexible outside those times for kids, appointments, commuting, etc, you don’t need to ask. Its respected to not plan meetings outside these hours if possible.
Cons
It depends on location. The Goleta site is too small for me. It will only employ up to 25 people once fully operational and most are engineering. Can be isolating if you prefer a team environment.
