      Pros

      Easy Job (as long as you know what you’re doing) and great compensation for what you do. No micro managing as long as you do what needs to get done. Great people to work with.

      Cons

      Slow times can have you doing nothing for days. Lots of station failures that were not fixed within a reasonable time when I first started working (they were not ready for new hires).

      Pros

      Fast-paced environment that will keep you busy, even if you’re not always sure why. Plenty of opportunities to touch multiple tasks without clear ownership, which builds tolerance for ambiguity. Coworkers are generally helpful because everyone is navigating the same confusion. Good work-life balance overall, despite the constant feeling of chasing moving targets. Pay and benefits are solid for the level of organizational clarity provided.

      Cons

      Chronic lack of direction and accountability. Roles are vague, priorities constantly shift, and no one seems fully aligned on what matters. Workload is either nonexistent or randomly urgent with no in-between. Significant inefficiencies due to poor communication and unclear ownership of tasks. Limited opportunity to actually develop meaningful skills.

      Management is too busy fighting fires to micromanage. Benefits Work-life balance

      Cons

      Management is too busy fighting fires to answer the same question asked over the span of 3 months. Senior "leadership?" is stacked with favoritism and nepo hires. They promote the mediocre employees and treat producers like they're expendable.
