Pros

The autonomy you have in your decisions (Negotiation with suppliers, Commercial operations...). Also the profit sharing through company shares and all the access to information you have (transparency).

Cons

There is an strong hierarchy. When you are a shop assistant you will rarely talk to the shop director, there are two more bosses above you (and it's only a shop!). The procedures are very slow (e.g changing prices) and the computer software is old.

Pros

Profit sharing with stocks. Works to be in the Bestplaces chart. Big company ( stability ...). ¿ Do you like house improvement? . Share power, knowledge, happens but with autonomy.

Cons

Commercial Timetable. Big company (hard to manage, decisions take a long time...).Due to the size of the company , its difficult to manage autonomy and consensus when objectives are overlapped.
