Very flexible and lets you do what you can in your own hours.

Cons

Their business model does not work, they don't treat their GCs like partners and do not care if they make money or not.

Pros

Great colleagues. Good perks. Lunch/Breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday. This company has some of the greatest colleagues I have worked with. It's also built on a good business model.

Cons

Lots of unplanned layoffs. Poor execution of the business model. Leadership never keeps their promise.

We did our best to treat impacted team members with respect and care including offering severance, placement services and, in many cases, insurance support. Pros

Really could be a great place to work if they would figure out what they want to do. Software company? We swing hammers and fix things but our software is like something from the 90s or early 2000s

Cons

Constantly pivoting without instruction, explanation, notice. No objective measurements in place and when they do try it's done just to throw something out there and see if it sticks

When blazing a new trail to create something special, there will be pivots and missteps, but we are pushing to minimize those! The in-platform feedback button and bi-weekly all hands tech updates offer open feedback forums, and the feedback we get through those channels are really helping.
