Thank you for the feedback. We can always improve on the ways in which we ensure remote employees are brought into the company culture. We recently created the Lessen Connection Committee. The purpose of this group is to create networking and culture-building opportunities in both our offices and with our remote teams. The group consists of several representatives who are remote so that we can get a better sense of what would make them feel more included. Not sure how long ago you interviewed with us, but we have put into place standards to improve the candidate experience, like trying to limit the number of interviews to three or less and ensuring candidates get responses in a timely manner.
