      Pros

      This role is the perfect stepping stone to move into management as long as you have the right people above you. If you position yourself correctly you will be able to land a great job somewhere else. The pay is under the average and the work is sometimes above the pay grade

      Cons

      Higher level management does not really listen to their employees & consistently makes unnecessary changes. You have to know the right people to get recognized.

      You are completely micromanaged, you can not talk, I repeat you can not talk. The moral is very low. They keep saying in office to collaborate that’s a joke. We are one step from a mental ward the amount of silence you hear. I’ve never worked for a company in office with no talking. SMS was a much better company much better environments. You never know if you’re on the next round of layoffs with Lessen. No job security as we sit in bare office spaces. The space is too big for the amount of layoffs that’s been completed. Many of the good people are gone! Oh yeah this new location is HORRIBLE.
