      Pros

      Very flexible and lets you do what you can in your own hours.

      Cons

      Their business model does not work, they don't treat their GCs like partners and do not care if they make money or not.

Pricing programs are improving and something that we put a lot of effort towards.       Hope for the company but feels like a current speed bump

      Pros

      Pretty supportive culture and diverse set of employees. Co workers are highly skilled and the company is pretty open to innovation. Pay is decent.

      Cons

      Large overnight reduction in force and the CEO is MIA. Product direction constantly changing. Projects are presented as high priority and after hours required to complete by arbitrary dead lines, followed by business deciding a different direction the following sprint and scratching the project. Maternity leave is only 4 weeks paid, 8 weeks unpaid. For a company that brags about supporting diversity, improving this benefit should’ve been first of mind over giving another 5 days PTO to the company. There are several managers who are quick to cut you off, before fully understanding, and interject with their opinions that are irrelevant.

      Chaos But Promising

      Pros

      Great colleagues. Good perks. Lunch/Breakfast every Tuesday and Thursday. This company has some of the greatest colleagues I have worked with. It's also built on a good business model.

      Cons

      Lots of unplanned layoffs. Poor execution of the business model. Leadership never keeps their promise.

We did our best to treat impacted team members with respect and care including offering severance, placement services and, in many cases, insurance support.
