Recent changes in the Commercial department have made a BIG difference for the majority of the frontline staff. New alignment to service categories over client specific. The leveling of work loads has been great, except for those that were 'coasting' the past few years and now have new expectations to meet.

Cons

New organization could've been rolled out a bit better. Clients were surprised and the uptake for newer staff was much more difficult.
