      Pros

      Very good company they treat their workers well. Pay and benefits are fair compared to market. CEO is very kind and improved the I.T. department after acquisition.

      Cons

      Is not fully remote but good life work balance and very good place to grow your career. IT team is very talented and more than willing to teach and show you how to become more resourceful. Rod and Rick are probably the smartest men I ever worked with and miss working with them.

      Pros

      Excellent Pay. However this seems to be used a bait only to lure top talent from other companies.

      Cons

      Horrible layoff culture. What good is a solid pay package if you get laid off without a single notice in less than 4 months of employment. I hate that I left my previous employer for Lessen.
