I've worked for two other tech companies prior to Lessonly. One was a corporate tech company that consistently won "Best Place to Work" and another was a mid-size private tech company that was also a fantastic work environment. I don't love Lessonly because I've had bad experiences, I love it because I've had great experiences and this surpasses them all. My experience at Lessonly has been a breath of fresh air. I love coming to work every day. I love the people who I work with. I love the product we sell and the problems we solve. I count myself blessed to be part of what we're building. Our CEO, Max, is incredibly engaged and honestly is a lot of the reason that the culture is as special as it is. I'm a firm believer of top-down culture, but I also appreciate that Lessonly is very careful through hiring because negative culture can also culminate bottom-up. If you want to come to work every day to a collaborative and competitive work environment, come to Lessonly. If you want to do more than check a box and hit a number, come to Lessonly.
