Pros

The jobs themselves aren't too overly stressful or hard honestly. The hours are decent those that have been there awhile get a full 11 hour mon-fri work week in. Newbies come in and can work that or a six hour day starting at 8am. And managment isn't too bad with call ins, sick days or any other personal drama that might arise. Payrate for the area isn't too bad either, nothing to Wow about but not minimum wage either.

Cons

Management isn't very good at communicating updates on job orders coming in or going out, jobs that have been backed up or pushed forward. On an average day you might see one manager pop out on the floor for a grand total of fifteen minutes. Most of the office staff don't know how any of the jobs are done on the floor and also do not double check to make sure an item is doable before selling to a customer. Job orders can be a bit confusing when the job order changes daily, sometimes multiple times a day depending on truck arrivals, customer requests or cancellations. No warnings to this either, some jobs do in a day get backed up a month, others not do till the end of the year are needed asap. Pay rate for older staff seems to be closing in on pay rate for newer staff. As is always the case with jobs that do not disclose wages actively or have a structured wage rate that can be followed and maintained, some employees get favoritism when it comes to pay. In some cases management does not look into work history when it came to prior experience and overstepped more qualified employees.

Pros

Pretty flexible boss, tough to get fired (other individuals would work as minimal as they could), A "guys" kind of place to work.

Cons

Low quality, could use better workers but they don't want to pay for the better workers.
