There is no downsides of this company

They do a shuttle service so if you plan on going out to lunch, forget it. There is a lot of gossip and negativity between workers even when they seem like family. They do go out together after work but during the work day they talk about drinking all the time, people bring their kids and pets in constantly and it delays and it's a distraction from work. They do a lot of training in the beginning but after 2 weeks you feel very much on your own. The manager says to turn over more calls to them if a client is difficult but then they act like they can't be bothered with it.
