Benefits, Paid time off, fun/pleasant environment, lots of training, open communication, owners go above and beyond to help and provide for employees.

Cons

Work Schedule for BDC could allow for more time with family. Base pay could be a bit higher.

Pros

They way they treat there employees is literally one of the reasons why I have been here so long. The management go out of there way to make sure they know all there employees and make sure they are always happy. We have a good work-life balance working for Lester Glenn!

Cons

Nothing that’s immediately comes to mind. Life is good at LG!

Pros

The car business always had a stigma with crazy hours and dog eat dog world. But here the hours are absolutely amazing and every employee works together so we all can be successful. All mangers are truly passionate and always strive to better their employees around them.

Cons

Wish I found this job sooner.
