Pros

To date I have been working on projects I find fulfilling. As a smaller company it is easier to create value and collaborate with senior management.

Cons

If you expect to spend a week making slides and calling that work then this is not the company for you. You are expected to contribute, this isn't really a con, but some people prefer have an easy job without pressure on timelines.
