The leadership in the service department is rough, to say the least. Leadership in the service department is atrocious, manipulative and honestly creates a hostile work environment.

Great Company

Pros

Excellent management with a quality team of engineers and technicians who have experience with very leading edge projects. Collaborative environment and overall synergy contribute to the confidence needed as a BDR to promote the company and their array of service offerings.

Cons

Nothing noteworthy. They have been extremely successful and achieved tremendous growth year after year, which can result in growing pains at times. But overall upper management has navigated this superbly. I'd rather be part of a successful company who at times experiences growing pains, then to be somewhere experiencing the opposite.
