Pros
L3 has an amazing culture that starts with our Leadership Team. I feel our Leadership does a really good job at creating an open environment that allows their employees the freedoms to do their jobs. They are always willing to answer questions, no matter how many times you ask. We have a remote working environment that feels like we're all still in the same office. We are always learning new ways to make our jobs/lives easier. L3 truly lives up to their Core Values, and use them as our guiding principles in everything we do. • Improve every day • Do whatever it takes • Take ownership • Slow down to speed up • Learn, share, repeat • Elevate others • Above all, build trust All of the employees seem to be happy and engaged.
