Unbelievable benefits for me and my family: 100% paid monthly premiums for BCBS Health & Dental, Vision and a 100% reimbursable medical deductible. They essentially reimburse me for medical bills -- that's unheard of.
Amazing office environment that allows you to be yourself, dress casually, work comfortably and collaborate with co-workers in the cafe in our in lounge space.
We are non-stop fed food from local businesses and are given money each month to spend at these local businesses, whether it's for breakfast, lunch, dinner or wine. Yes, wine.
Parental Leave is fair, generous and did I mention fair? They gave me time to spend with my little one after the birth and continued my pay so I wouldn't have to stress about paying the bills and buying diapers.
Cons
The office is centrally located in Downtown Boston 2 blocks from South Station -- it's only a Con because I live in the burbs and have a 1+ hour commute to/from the office every day.
I wish they provided more hands on management training, but they do allow managers to manage with their only style which is nice.
