Pros

Working at LevelUp is a blast! We work really hard and always have plenty to keep us busy. I love coming into work every day, grabbing myself some ☕️ and tackling whatever the day has in store. LevelUp is one of the most welcoming and friendly working environments I've ever worked in.

Cons

Sometimes people leave open snacks in the snack closet. For example they open a bag of chips, take a couple and leave the rest. It's the worst! Who on earth wants to eat an already open 1oz bag of chips? Come on now.

Pros

Lots of young people, huge potential for growth in the career path and industry. Get to work outside and not be stuck in an office.

Cons

Not the best pay or benefits. did not cover expenses for traveling to the daily events and also not eligible for 401k plan.

Pros

Everyone who works there is excited, talented and willing to work to make things happen. The product is cool and has lots of presence around the Boston-area. The food benefits are nice (catered lunch, stocked kitchen) and the company culture is great. Women engineers are still a minority, but are present and respected. Overall it's a great place to work as an engineer.

Cons

LevelUp is a young company run by a young CEO and sometimes that comes out in decisions (for better or worse).
