It's a good place to start your career; there are people who are interested in your growth (though not everyone).

Cons

As with all outsourcing companies, you might end up with a project that doesn't work out, and it will be quite difficult to change it (they are reluctant to do so).

Low salaries, no benefits, no career growth, no trainings, lay off the employees, when the project is finished. Bad approach of management, bureaucracy. Lack of transparency. Company tries to assign you more than 100% ( two or more projects).
