Strong financially, Strong Senior Management, Very Good Benefits, Lets you know where You Stand Most of the Time. Will take educated chances on new lines of business.

Cons

At times Senior Management will not Communicate Bad News until it is Too Late for Effected People. Salary and Compensation Plans are below average.

Some internal stupid rules that are in place since the company was founded. They take too much time to adapt to new situations.

Great work environment. Smart/Honest co-workers. Solid retention rate and tenure. Global, privately held company, without a dollar of debt on the books. You always know what’s expected of you. Proven leadership that supports and encourages their employees to grow both professionally and personally. Excellent benefits and great PTO structure. Perfect blend of work/family balance. Multiple family oriented events held every year for their employees. On site health club with swimming pool, racquetball courts, free weights, and cardio equipment. On site Cafeteria.

It is a faced paced environment. Some people see that as a con, while others thrive.
