Once Great Company is staggering.

Pros

Great wfh, contributions and benefits. Usually many projects so there is a lot happening. Pretty group of people at peer level. Wear jeans to work everyday.

Cons

Levi seems to have lost it way. E-commerce was slow to get going and now quality is compromised. Global re-alignment does not really work.

Pros

Levi Strauss is a great company that values community service and fairness. They take care of their employees, and many employees work there for decades. Vacation time continues to increase over the years. The people are knowledgeable and dedicated, and the leadership is exceptional.

Cons

If you are in IT, that department is slowly being outsourced and development is slowing down due to the purchase of 3rd party software. But there are still opportunities in a number of IT areas.

Pros

Down to earth culture, great location. Compensation was good. Really knowledgable, creative, helpful people. Flexible hours. Great opportunities to travel.

Cons

Constant restructuring and layoffs. Trying to work with the technology provided made it challenging to meet deadlines without working 10-12 hours most days. Management was mixed. My first manager was great, my next manager was better at strategy than working with others.
