Great team to work with, management is very professional, flexible schedule for college students

Cons

Closing can take from 10 PM- 3 AM on weekdays, high goal expectations with no commission, minimum wage with little advancement

Free pair of jeans once you get hired! Plus a 30% discount.

Cons

Unrealistic sales goals. You only get credit for the sale if the customer tells the cashier that you helped them out. Overstaffed, not enough to do, not enough hours, not enough pay. There are days when you are "on call" and have to call an hour ahead to see if they need you or not. Because of the area, workers were snobby.
