      Pros

      Worked for great management, both store and upper management at district and regional levels. Cared for the employees and work/life balance here is about as good as any other retail establishment. Pay is pretty good.

      Cons

      Like any retail company, it's going to be hard to attain goals in certain locales and in certain situations. Goals weren't impossible to reach but were hard to get, especially with the market that my store was in. Technology was a bit outdated, had to call in and approve personal checks, but were updating those. POS systems were not in sync with the credit card machine when I was there, definitely long overdue for an update.

      Pros

      Store management was extremely flexible with hours. Cool company culture and history. Healthy competition to meet KPIs. Great people.

      Cons

      Compensation was not based on sales, very basic per hour comp. Frequent disagreements between supervisors and store manager in regards to store operation.
