Pros

I was proud to work for a company that stressed equality among everyone, and had a strict no-discrimination policy. Levi's is one of the pioneers in this. I also just love this history behind the brand. Everyone working at Levi's tends to be open-minded, and accepting to all. Levi's encourages individuality, playing with your own style, and expressing yourself.

Cons

Financially, I received two raises while working as a ASM at a Levi's outlet. My largest raise was 0.37. Pretty great. I've put my best in that company, but I finally bid it adieu when I had to move out of state. I miss my co-workers, and our frequent shoppers. But I do not miss having to deal with certain stresses that just became to much, in the end.
