      Pros

      Low-stress, friendly employees, quality benefits for management, generally amiable management. Tasks are easy, and customers provide enough variance to break up the more monotonous tasks.

      Cons

      There are not a lot of opportunities to advance quickly, and starting salary is at near minimum wage for non-management positions. Work is repetitive. Poor employee discount.

      -Great manager and assistant managers -30% Employee discount -Well-equipped employee area; nice for a tiny mall outlet. -Relaxed dress code -Well-organized stock room makes getting items easy

      Cons

      -There's a lot of statistics and such that must be obsessively tracked by stylists. The sales goals are clearly intended for stores in less economically depressed areas. -Rigorously followed anti-employee-theft procedures are off-putting. -Different managers have different standards as far as neatness, which can make closing bewildering.
