      Pros

      Customers are genuinely happy when they find a pair of jeans that fit perfectly.

      Cons

      communication is poor. management seems very scattered. very little hours. too many "on call" shifts between actual scheduled shifts, you basically never know if you're working or not.

      The people and culture were fantastic. I learned a lot as this was my first career out of university. Had many lateral opportunities

      Cons

      Smaller business in Canada, cutbacks to positions. The overall company was very slow to move. A recommendation that I made in 1999 is now just being implemented.

      Good working atmosphere, international and diverse workforce, open communication, easy for employees to grow into higher roles

      Cons

      Projects are often initiated lacking factual analysis. This is certainly the case for IT projects where business benefits, functional architecture and sustainability needs to come before any "feels right" approach.
