      Pros

      Transparent in terms of policy. There's mostly great team work in a nice office nice environment, people friendly environment where we greet and a lot of small talks

      Cons

      During the transition period the things and direction can get a tad Messy and therefore sometimes can get confusing. More can be done to allow new comers blend in better
