Pros

A good leading brand and company of India. Great experience. Had a brilliant time working with them.

Cons

The market was not very good. The stuff they sold wasn't liked by all. The price were higher than they should have been. Not many discount offers and not a very good salary.

Pros

1. There are good friendly people here 2. Iconic Brand 3. Potential to be great

Cons

1. Senior Management is more concerned with their bonuses than the company’s success 2. Extremely political company. Everyone from Manager on up is always jockeying for position and scraping it out for a few extra thousand a year. Its pathetic 3. The majority of Managers and Directors have no idea how to communicate or manage teams 4. New CEO Chip: Had high hopes but he has proven to be completely impotent. Has yet to make a real decision outside of expanding his leadership team which is, at this point, a bunch of yes men who care little for the brand or the people 5. There is a real lack of leadership 6. All everyone talks about is how much we spend on SG&A but they lack the courage to do anything about it

Pros

A good company with good reputation, salary is competitive, great bonus incentive, good benefit and more holidays than the others. Company has once a year community day with all the employees participate in community works to show our supports.

Cons

Too many re-org and cut cost. Employees are overloaded with works. Poor managment with lack of directions and supports, not enough trainings and trouble shooting in SAP. They currently shrinked down the product integrity department and moved most of the job duties to the product development teams could lead to overload of works affect the performance of the individuals.
