Company can afford to pay - do not hesiate to negotiate for salary. Benefits are relatively poor. Very work life balance - scope of work does not comensurate with your pay

The only thing the company can afford is pay - other dimensions such as career progression and personal development are limited. Career satisfaction is limited Over payment leads to lack of competitiveness in the outside industry - easy to become complacent Very hierarchical structure with lack of transparency Decisions are mainly controlled centrally and globally - region has lack of power
