Levi's(R) is definitely a great brand to work for if you're in the marketing domain. The brand presents unique challenges, provides a global exposure to consumers as well as employees.The employees are friendly, the ethics and values are considered highly important by the organization. For people from a non-design background, there is tremendous learning opportunity to hone one's aesthetic sensibilities.
Cons
There have been too many reorganizations and re-structuring in the past few years. This has lead to constant change in the workforce, especially in the SF office; sometimes disrupting smooth work flows.
