      Pros

      Free clothes for the uniform, that you get to keep for yourself. The team is very nice and helpful. If you reach your personal target, they cut you back one working hour at your choice.

      Cons

      The salary is really bad. You wouldn't expect such a big company to pay minimum wage. You have personal targets but not commissions. Some of the managers like to boss around for no reason.

      Working with people from all over the world, great work place, friendly colleagues, open minded and thoughtful managers, that actually listen to you! They train you pretty well and give you responsibilities fast if they see you can do it. You feel useful and you feel like you can bring something to the company, maybe the perks of a privately owned company. Working hours flexible, you can work from home from time to time so work/life balance is good. Real internal culture, you're part of a family

      Cons

      Hard to move horizontally from one department to another but feasible.

      great base for learning, provides deep insight to corporate culture, represents strongly values, fairness, social community involvment, gets wide knowledge in different function, invests a lot on talent development

      Cons

      in a smaller affiliate no opportunity for promotion, limited headcount for cruitial functions (such as support functions), task -spilt is confused, responsibilities related to 1 position includes the tasks of other functions
