      Pros

      - laid back atmosphere - great group of people to work with.. the associates were very close

      Cons

      - I can only speak for my store, but some managers were incompetent and hostile towards some of us. On the other hand, other managers were very respectful - some favoritism when it came to advancements

      Pros

      its a known company and brand name, gives one the WOW factor to tell others that you are working in levi.

      Cons

      seems to have more workload than one could handle, as i noticed some people working till late in the night. shows either poor time management or there is too much work for one to handle.

      Pros

      The people I work with on a daily basis are almost more friends than they are co-workers. Almost everyone is pleasant, understanding, knowledgeable and fair.

      Cons

      As with most American companies recently, the number of lay-offs and terminations have left a lot of work for those of us left. 50-hour weeks and weekend work are not out of the ordinary. Do more with less seems to be the motto.
