      Pros

      The most ethical company I worked with, due mostly to the ethical owners. This trickle down to the test of the company.

      Cons

      Wholesale changes in management, starting from CEO every few years; thus that trickles down to the rest of the company--layoffs. There is a tendency to layoff knowledgeable people and keep the lesser pay people. IT technical decisions were sometimes made by business. CFO controls IT was the worst decision.

      Pros

      Company is true to its values. Operates on a "profits through principles " model. LS&Co pioneers advances in technolgies that are grren as well as champions issues impacting its employees such as equality, hunger, working conditions and hiv/ais awareness.

      Cons

      Insurance is extremely cost prohibitive, leaving employees unable to seek medical care. Technology in stores is very behind industry standards.

      Pros

      We got paid weekly by direct deposit. A lot of overtime if that is what you are looking for.

      Cons

      Too much mandatory overtime, sometimes working up to 70 hours a week. Supervisors and management do not care about the employees because if they did then they wouldn't be posting mandatory overtime almost every week. When mandatory overtime is posted then you are required to work 12 hours day.
