Great people. Great company values. Getting to work for an incredible, iconic, brand.

Cons

Company culture has taken hit from two restructurings over the past few years. Struggling to find the right balance of hitting short-term financial targets versus long-term brand management. Out-of-date processes given the movement of the retail landscape and also being in one of the most technologically advanced cities in the world.

Terrific industry and a company with a great brand and anchored by its values....traditionally. But it's been stagnant for a long time--and most of its energy has been towards cost cutting. Senior management is by and large mediocre--not bad but mediocre

Cons

Limited growth when company is stagnant. Takes a lot of energy to tread water. Some of the values are not lived up to by senior management--and company has had a hard time retaining new people from the outside (and has paid a lot of money to get rid of bad hires...)
