Pros

Fun atmosphere, great perks! At the time 30% off. Free anniversary jeans. Good sales incentives

Cons

Full time often meant 36 hours not truly or guaranteed 40. Low pay and low annual increase. Not many career advancement options. Little exposure to higher level leaders.

Cons

Not many hours, and management was always watching employees every second. Heavy monitoring while working and no freedom to grow as an employee.
