      Pros

      Great place for a creative to work, working on chainstitch embroidery was the best part

      Cons

      The overall company is great, however- certain management in the downtown location would make the job uncomfortable [racially, condescending, etc]. However, the other managers and stylists are wonderful. I will also say, as a tailor there doesn't seem to be a path for growth

      Pros

      The contractors do work really hard. Expect most technical expertise to reside with contract workers.

      Cons

      VPs use proxies for driving timelines and when they're not met they blame the contractors. Also, some employees comply with the demands of management in order to advance their own careers or maintain their job security. Creates a competitive environment where silos are preserved and self interests are prioritized over the concerns of their colleagues. Teamwork and collaboration take a backseat.
