      - They foster an amazing work environment - There is significant room for growth and travel - Stable company with supportive coworkers

      Cons

      - While there is room for growth you need to pursue that action yourself. You must plan ahead with your manager significantly prior to sending your justification for the promotion to your manager's superiors.

      Awesome managers, covid precautions have been great. Work life balance has been great.

      Cons

      Salaries aren't the most competitive. Tech stacks aren't state of the art and you can get stuck on one project.
