I believe the company to be fair with employees and have seen several instances of this. It appears that the company has good financials and solid performance. I recently sat through a communication meeting on how the company was doing which was on the company intra-net. As the pandemic hit, the company really tried to balance remote working and in-office (traditional) working.

Cons

I really like working at this company so far. I really do not have suggestions yet.
