      Pros

      The pros were that we were remote to hybrid since 2020. Production was great while remote/hybrid. Now it has moved to 1 day remote and strictly to 9-5 no leaving early even if you work through your break. Flexibility has definitely diminished.

      Cons

      Now it feels a little bit hostile compared to before which was actually family oriented, now it feels company oriented and it is tiring. Everything feels fake now as well. The smiles and conversations don’t feel genuine. Wages are low enough to be working like this.
