Pros

Most of the people are great. Coworkers are helpful and management cares about the employees. Free CEUs and education.

Cons

No regular pay raises, no 401K match, the insurance is expensive for the coverage you get. PTO is hard to get approved at times.

No annual raises/merit raises any raises so make sure to negotiate a good starting salary.
