Your work will help people who are experiencing the worst day of their lives. It can be frightening and stressful but knowing that you're helping people is a great feeling. It's a challenging, fast paced place to work. There's never a dull moment.

Cons

There can be a lot of stressful moments but you're not alone trying to handle it by yourself. There's always more workload than there is staff, so there's pressure to do more and pull more hours.
