Pros

Lexington will hire you even if you have no experience. They're willing to give you a chance to learn how to do the job. Coworkerss are great.

Cons

The pay could better. They don't believe in having enough people to do a job that calls for one or more persons to do. With that said, it can be stressful at times. If you want to leave a positive for another you have to wait a year to move. You only have 30 minutes for lunch.
