      Pros

      LexMed seems like one big family. The people in my department were wonderful and walking the halls you always found friendly faces and helping hands. I can't say enough great things about LexMed.

      Absolutely nothing that I would change about my experience working at LexMed.

      My unit offered multiple shifts of varied lengths and they worked around my class schedule. The staff were all very supportive and helpful

      At times, my manager could be difficult to get a hold of because she had so many meetings during the day

      There is great treatment and a routine and flexible work schedule in the accounting department if you are in the clique.

      Cons

      Tough department to work in if you are not accepted by the clique. Workload and expectations are less for those in the clique.
