      Pros

      Most fellow employee's are willing to assist with work issues when asked, but very poor communications between area's that need to work together. Insurance benefits are good. (In my opinion).

      Cons

      Middle Management in the professional, non-patient contact, outside the main hospital structure, numbers only area unfortunately very unstable. Twelve plus managers in 3 years. None stayed.. Each one completely trained by subordinate employees -- every time. Management and subordinate turnover high. (In my opinion)

      Pros

      Encouraging environment with coworkers that are more like family. Opportunities for advancement. Yearly merit increases. Opportunities to take initiative and show creativity.

      Cons

      None. I have truly enjoyed the decision to work at Lexington and want to make a career here!

      Great to get patient care experience if you don't want to be a CNA.

      Pros

      Helping Patients, assisting in the radiology department, if radiology is a field that interests you and you are a student this would be a great job for you.

      Cons

      Pushing beds, assist with transferring patients it can be hard on your back. Being looked down upon as being some that only "pushes beds around". On busy days it can be stressful and sometimes overwhelming.
